Change everything about traveling in KOREA
🌱 A small beginning
So, what is this blog even about?
You might know me from Reddit’s r/koreatravel.
I write guides there as a ‘real local’ in Seoul.
For years, I’ve watched my foreign friends struggle while traveling here.
‘My KTX booking just shows a white screen. Why?’
‘How do I spell ‘Gwanghwamun’ on NAVER Maps?’
‘I came to spend money. Why won’t my card work?’
‘Are delivery apps and COUPANG only for Koreans?’
Things that are obvious to Koreans can be huge walls for travelers.
When I travel abroad, I think the same thing.
I wonder how great it would be to have one local friend. That friend can solve everything.
🤔 Why this blog exists
This blog was born from that thought.
I want to create a space that resolves every ‘Pain Point’ travelers experience.
This blog is my new Basecamp.
Here, I’ll organize my Reddit posts and share more in-depth information.
It will be filled with useful guides.
Think local-approved restaurant lists, tips for delivery apps, and KTX booking help.
And sometimes, my own stories about KOREA.
💡 What Seoulve means
Seoulve will be a special service, the first of its kind.
This blog is part of that preparation.
That’s why I named it Seoulve, pronounced just like ‘solve’.
My goal is to seoulve all of your problems.
