Can hotels receive packages before check-in?+

Some can. Policies vary by hotel, stay date, package size, and reservation details. Seoulve reviews the pickup path before product payment.

What if my order cannot arrive before checkout?+

Seoulve can hold, decline, or suggest a safer path before product payment. If the path is not safe enough, we do not push the order forward.

Can I order cold or frozen items?+

Usually no. Cold, bulky, fragile, regulated, or high-risk items may be declined because hotel storage and courier conditions are not reliable enough.

Do I need a Korean phone number?+

No. Seoulve handles local purchase coordination after your quote is approved and payment is confirmed. You use private quote and status links instead of a full account.

Do I pay before Seoulve reviews the request?+

A small refundable deposit may start the review when the deposit path is enabled. Product, delivery, and service payment happen only after Seoulve sends a payable quote.

How long until I get my quote?+

Most reviewable requests receive an answer during Seoul business hours or by the next business day. Complex orders can take longer if store or hotel details need checking.

What happens if my quote expires?+

Expired quotes cannot be paid. Seoulve can review the request again and create a new quote if stock, hotel pickup, and delivery still look workable.

What happens if an item is sold out?+

Before purchase, Seoulve can refresh the quote, skip the item, or cancel the request. After purchase, options depend on the store and delivery stage.

Can I cancel after payment?+

If Seoulve has not purchased the items yet, cancellation can be handled as a full refund. After purchase, cancellation depends on store policy and delivery stage.

What if the hotel cannot find my package?+

Use the order-linked support form from your status page. That keeps the issue tied to your order, hotel details, and delivery status.

Does Seoulve represent the stores or hotels?+

No. Seoulve reviews customer-submitted Korean store links and hotel pickup conditions. Store and hotel policies can change, so each request is checked before product payment.

What if my hotel refuses the package?+

Before purchase, the request can be held or declined. After purchase, Seoulve uses the order-linked support path to review the safest next step.

Can I use more than one hotel?+

Submit the main pickup hotel first. If your trip changes, use order support so Seoulve can review whether the delivery path still works.

Can Seoulve handle gift wrapping or special requests?+

Add the request as a note. Seoulve checks whether the store supports it before quoting.

What if I leave Korea before delivery?+

Tell Seoulve through order support as soon as possible. Some orders can be held, changed, or refunded depending on the stage.
