Seoulve review before product payment
Privacy

We collect only what the order needs.

Seoulve uses traveler and stay details to review requests, prepare quotes, coordinate hotel pickup, and support the order.

Who operates Seoulve

딥노드 (Deep node) operates Seoulve. Representative: 오한울. Business registration: 194-53-01159. Support and privacy inquiries can be sent to support@seoulve.com.

Data used for request review and fulfillment

Seoulve may collect and use the details needed to review and operate a request.

  • Contact email and order-linked support messages
  • Product URLs, item options, quantity, notes, and quote details
  • Hotel name, city, stay dates, reservation holder name, and reservation number if provided
  • Payment, refund, purchase, hotel communication, delivery/tracking, hotel notice, and issue evidence needed to operate the order
  • How the customer heard about Seoulve and partner link codes, if provided

Do not send unnecessary sensitive data

Order notes and support messages should not include passport numbers, full payment card or bank details, health information, government ID images, or other information Seoulve does not need to review the request. If unnecessary sensitive data is received, Seoulve may delete, redact, or limit use of that data where practical.

Access limits

Customer data is accessed only by people who need it to operate the request, support the customer, resolve an issue, or maintain the service. Marketing collaborators, content collaborators, and external non-operator collaborators should not receive raw customer email, reservation number, payment evidence, hotel booking details, support messages, or hotel communication records unless the customer gives separate permission or the information has been de-identified.

Hotel coordination sharing

To coordinate package receiving, Seoulve may share only the information needed by the destination hotel or hotel staff, such as the traveler or reservation holder name, stay dates, reservation number if provided, Seoulve order reference, package label context, and delivery/pickup instructions. Seoulve does not share product shopping details with the hotel unless needed to identify or resolve a package issue.

Private links

Quote, order status, support, and private service pages are noindex. Quote and order pages use secure tokens rather than public search-visible URLs.

Analytics boundary

Email, reservation holder name, reservation number, hotel booking details, payment details, and customer notes with personal information must not be sent to client-side analytics. Seoulve may keep first-party partner link and inbound channel records, plus de-identified or aggregated operating data, to improve pricing, routing, support, fraud prevention, and hotel pickup workflows.

Age and child consent

Seoulve is intended for adult travelers or travelers using the service with a parent, guardian, or authorized adult. If Seoulve learns that a child submitted personal information without appropriate consent, Seoulve will review and delete or limit that data where legally required.

International processing

Seoulve may use overseas service providers for hosting, database, error monitoring, email, and payment handoff operations. Current service-provider categories may include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database/auth infrastructure, Sentry for error monitoring, Resend for transactional email, and Wise for external payment handoff. These providers may process data outside Korea, including the United States, Singapore, the European Union, or the provider's operating country. Seoulve limits shared data to what is needed for the relevant service.

  • Hosting and routing: technical logs and page requests
  • Database and storage: order, customer, hotel pickup, quote, support, and operational records
  • Email: customer, hotel, and order-related transactional messages
  • Error monitoring: limited diagnostic and technical data for debugging and security
  • Payment handoff: payment references, amount, currency, transaction status, and provider metadata needed for payment/refund evidence

Retention baseline

Seoulve keeps identifiable data only for as long as needed for request review, order operation, legal records, fraud/abuse prevention, support, disputes, refunds, accounting, or privacy request handling. Deletion may be limited when a paid order, dispute, refund, tax/accounting record, legal claim, or safety investigation is still active.

  • Request review and quote records: Up to 3 years after the last interaction, unless deletion is requested earlier and no legal/operational hold applies.
  • Paid order, payment, refund, purchase, and delivery evidence: Up to 5 years after order closure where needed for contract, payment, refund, tax, accounting, dispute, and consumer-protection records.
  • Support, complaint, dispute, and hotel pickup issue records: Up to 3 years after the issue is closed, or longer when a legal claim, chargeback, fraud review, or safety incident is active.
  • Consent, privacy request, and data-request handling records: Up to 3 years after completion of the request, so Seoulve can prove how the request was handled.
  • Security, access, and service event logs: Up to 1 year by default, or longer if needed to investigate abuse, payment mismatch, security incidents, or service integrity.
  • Aggregated or de-identified operating data: May be kept without a fixed end date after direct identifiers are removed, for pricing, routing, support, and service-quality learning.
