Hotel pickup works only when delivery and receiving conditions are safe.
Hotels in Korea can have different package rules. Seoulve checks before turning a request into a paid order.
Why some hotels need review
A hotel may require advance notice, exact reservation identifiers, storage limits, package size limits, or may decline package holding.
Pickup instruction
When a package is delivered, ask the front desk using the reservation holder name and Seoulve order context shown on your status page.
If the hotel cannot find the package
Contact Seoulve support through your order page before leaving the hotel whenever possible. Seoulve will review the hotel notice, courier status, reservation identifiers, and front-desk response before deciding the next step.
When Seoulve may hold or decline
Seoulve may hold or decline a request before product payment if the hotel does not accept packages, the stay window is too tight, reservation identifiers are missing, the package type is risky, or hotel receiving conditions are unclear.
