Not supported right now

Seoulve may decline items that create legal, safety, hotel, delivery, or fulfillment risk.

• Alcohol, tobacco, hazardous, regulated, or age-restricted items
• Resale, second-hand, limited drops, event goods, or custom-made items
• Cold, frozen, fragile, bulky, or high-value items unless manually approved
• Orders that cannot reasonably arrive before checkout

Under review

Unknown stores, unclear options, hotel policy uncertainty, and tight stay windows can still be reviewed before product payment.

Public launch boundary

Even after public launch, Seoulve keeps execution narrower than intake. Hotel pickup requests from familiar stores and safer categories are prioritized. Airbnb/private-address delivery, urgent same-day or next-day requests, high-dispute items, resale or limited-drop goods, and unclear hotel cases may be declined even if the link can technically be submitted.
