Refund and cancellation depend on order stage.
The safest refund point is before Seoulve purchases your items. We keep the stage visible in your order status.
Cancellation period
For ordinary distance-sales cancellation rights, Seoulve uses the 7-day period from receipt as the baseline where Korean consumer law applies. For Seoulve's proxy purchase and hotel pickup service, the safest full-cancellation point is before purchase work starts, because store, courier, hotel, and custom-ordered item rules may limit cancellation after purchase.
Refundable review deposit
If collected, the review deposit is credited toward the final quote or refunded if Seoulve cannot support the request before purchase work begins. It is not product payment.
If you decline or do not answer a quote
If you decline the final quote before purchase work starts, Seoulve refunds the refundable review deposit. If you do not answer before quote expiry, Seoulve pauses the request and records whether the deposit is refunded or credited toward another Seoulve request according to the order context and provider refund evidence.
After payment, before purchase
If Seoulve has not purchased the items yet, cancellation can be handled as a full refund.
After purchase begins
After purchase work starts, cancellation or refund depends on store, courier, hotel, and item status. Costs already incurred may not be refundable.
Package or hotel issue
Use order-linked support. Seoulve will review the issue, preserve the order context, and keep a resolution record for support history.
Cost owner review
When a refund, replacement, hotel issue, courier issue, or customer-information mismatch needs review, Seoulve records the order context before assigning cost responsibility. If a failure is caused by inaccurate customer-provided hotel, reservation, item option, contact, or payment-reference information, the resulting costs may be assigned to the customer after evidence review. The responsible party can also be Seoulve, the store, the courier, the hotel, or unresolved while evidence is still being checked.
Refund evidence
Refunds are recorded against the order. Customer pages show simple status while internal evidence stays operator-only. External provider fees, bank/card fees, exchange-rate differences, and settlement timing may affect what Seoulve can verify or recover from the payment provider.
