Terms
Seoulve checks what is possible before product payment.
These terms describe Seoulve's current service shape. Seoulve is not a marketplace and does not promise that every link, item, or hotel can be supported.
Service scope
Travelers submit Korean store links and hotel stay details. Seoulve checks feasibility, sends a quote or deposit handoff where available, and coordinates local purchase and hotel pickup only after the required payment evidence is confirmed.
Public launch operating scope
Seoulve is publicly available for quote-first hotel pickup requests, but execution remains manually reviewed: hotel pickup only, English-speaking traveler support, supported-store and safe-category requests first, and no Airbnb or private-address delivery by default. Seoulve may pause, hold, or decline unsupported requests before product payment.
No support promise before review
Stock, price, domestic delivery estimates, store restrictions, and hotel receiving policies can change. Seoulve may decline requests before product payment.
Customer responsibility
The customer must provide accurate hotel, stay, reservation, item option, contact, and payment-reference information. Incorrect or incomplete information can delay or block fulfillment, hotel pickup, support, or refund handling, and costs caused by customer-provided errors may be treated as the customer's responsibility after review.
Payment and purchase boundary
Seoulve does not collect card or bank details on Seoulve pages. If a Wise or other approved payment handoff is used, the external provider handles payment. Seoulve starts purchase work only after payment evidence is confirmed by the operator or a supported evidence workflow.
Provider availability
External payment options can vary by provider, country, currency, card issuer, account status, and provider settings. Seoulve does not promise that a specific card type, wallet, currency, settlement speed, or refund speed will always be available.
Exchange rate and provider fees
If a quote, payment handoff, refund, bank settlement, or provider screen uses more than one currency, exchange rates and provider fees can change between quote preparation, payment, settlement, and refund. Unless Seoulve explicitly caused the mismatch, provider-side rate changes, card issuer fees, bank fees, and currency conversion differences are not guaranteed by Seoulve.
Refund and cancellation boundary
Before purchase work begins, cancellation can usually be handled as a full refund of collected Seoulve-controlled amounts. After purchase work begins, refundability depends on store, courier, hotel, item, and already-incurred cost status. Statutory rights that cannot be waived by law are not limited by these terms.
Hotel pickup boundary
Hotel pickup depends on hotel receiving rules, stay window, package size, item type, reservation identifiers, and courier behavior. Seoulve may require additional hotel details or decline an order if pickup conditions are not safe enough.
Support and disputes
Order-linked support is the source of truth for issue handling. Seoulve records the issue context and resolution stage for operational review.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Seoulve's liability for an order is limited to the Seoulve service fee paid for that order. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Unless mandatory law requires another venue, disputes are handled by the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.
